He’s back…
In this episode, we welcome Tony Taylor back to the podcast after two years (as a guest only, of course). We discuss Tony’s firing, and a fight nearly breaks out in the studio when he comes face-to-face with his replacement for the very first time. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife. However, once we calmed Tony down and dried his tears, we talked about his new original release, as well as everything he’s been working on in the studio where this podcast originated.
Tony has been producing music and audiobooks right in Rock Haus Studios. It was great catching up with our old co-host, and it felt like no time had passed.
We also discussed the Music League challenge that we’re opening up to our listeners. Check the Facebook page for links and details shortly after the podcast’s release.

This episode on Dirty Laundry & White Lies, history was made — and not just at the Olympics.
We kicked things off celebrating the U.S. Greg came prepared for St. Patty’s Day with the whiskey… and walked away with something even bigger: an official promotion to full-time member of the podcast.
Meanwhile, for the second time in show history, we were supposed to record from Florida. For the second time, Jamey bought plane tickets. And for the second time… he didn’t make the trip. At this point, Florida might just be a concept more than a location.
We introduce the drinks, relive the now-annual “Almost Florida” saga, celebrate Olympic gold, and wrap things up with our traditional In Memoriam — where, for the record, we had more drinks than names to read this year. Priorities.
New era. Same chaos. Now with 33% more Greg.

Round two of our Battle of the Bands: 80s Edition wraps up with big hair, bigger hits, and an even bigger announcement. We’re joined by Mike Madden, Commissioner of Velocity 1 Pro Wrestling and host of the Madden Takes podcast, to drop a bombshell—our very own Jamey is stepping into the squared circle as the official ringside announcer for V1P! We talk wrestling, 80s icons, and the wild intersection of body slams and boom boxes. This one's electric—don’t miss it.

In this special January episode, Jamey and Matt welcomed our old friend Jon Dabrunz as our guest for a lively and nostalgic discussion. We kicked things off with introductions and shared the beers we were enjoying. The main event? A high-stakes Battle of the Bands Showdown, where we tackled the first round of an epic bracket featuring iconic 80’s hairbands, narrowing down the contenders for the next round. The Battle of the Bands will continue throughout the 2025 podcasts.
As we do every January, we also paid tribute to notable figures we lost over the past year, reflecting on their impact and legacy.
Tune in for music debates, laughter, and a toast to the past as we kick off the new year in style!
